Lani has 6 years’ experience in the Immigration Industry and has sufficient knowledge of Immigration Law and procedures. She was employed by VFS Global as a Submissions officer and later promoted to the Senior Operations Officer position. She has come across different scenarios and knows how to advise accordingly and provides the best solution proposals to clients. She builds dependable relationships with clients to maintain their loyalty over a long period of time and creates communication plans to keep the clients up to date with the developments and progress of their applications.
Jacqueline Van Den Bergh
Jacky studied and qualified for Social Work at UNISA in 1991 and also a qualified electronic Secretary. She has 10 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary as well as 13 years’ experience in the Immigration industry. She has sufficient knowledge in this field and accepts any challenge given to her. She strives to make a success of every obstacle heading her way. With Legal background and strong administration skills, she exercises confidentiality and morality
